Client is seeking a contractor to set up its procurement reporting system. This role involves designing and implementing reporting solutions using in‐house tools (e.g., Power BI) that consolidate data from Microsoft Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics into a Microsoft Dataverse. The goal is to enable the Procurement Team to automatically meet all external and internal reporting needs.

Reporting Setup: Configure and implement reporting solutions using Power BI and other in‐house tools.

Data Integration: Source and consolidate data from multiple systems (Microsoft Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics) into a Microsoft Dataverse.

Report Development: Develop and deliver a range of reports including:

• Progressive Procurement Reporting
• Broader Outcomes Reporting
• Select Committee Questions (procurement related)
• Procurement sections for the Annual Report
• Monthly reports for Senior Management (KOPA), Cost Centre Managers, and Contract Owners
• Economic Benefit Reporting
• Additional reports such as Carbon Neutral Reporting, Contractors & Consultants Listing, Significant Services Contracts, Emergency Procurement, and Exemptions Reporting

Collaboration: Work closely with the Procurement Team and Contract Manager to define, refine, and deliver reporting requirements.

Timeliness & Accuracy: Ensure that all reports are accurate and delivered within the required timelines.
