Our algorithm continuously learns from your application behavior, skills, and preferences to refine and deliver the most relevant job opportunities. At the start we look at a 28 point system for ranking against all opportunities, we then filter out the ones either you have said you do not want and where you are unlikely to be shortlisted. Once using the app, every decision that is made, allows Nelly to learn more about you and she will customize your responses from then on.

Premium features can be accessed via a token-based system after you exceed the free usage limits, offering flexibility to enhance your job search. This will include voice calls with Nelly, auto apply / monitoring and unlimited CV generation. (Coming Soon).
