Are you a New User or Employer who needs to update your settings on NECTA? This post will show you how to do just that! Changing your settings allows you to tailor the Necta Platform to your specific needs, which in turn improves your experience and the quality of your candidate matches. So let’s get started!

1. Updating Basic Profile Settings.

Updating your Basic Employer Profile Settings is a quick and easy way to ensure that your information is accurate and up-to-date. To update your profile, simply log in to your Necta account and navigate to the “Settings” tab. From there, you can edit your Name, Job Title, Working Phone Number and Profile Picture. Once you have made the desired changes be sure to click “Save” to apply these updates to your profile. Keep in mind that your Employer profile is visible to any candidates you have matched with, so be mindful of what information you include and ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.

2. Alter your Recruitment Status.

On Necta, there are two main types of employers; those who employ within a single company and those who handle the recruitment and filling of positions for multiple companies. On the Necta Platform, we ask Employers to identify which of these they are and to provide the accurate company details. This information allows our AI to find the most suitable talent for open positions and can be updated and altered at any time if circumstances change.

3. Update your Company Details.

If you are not an employer who recruits on behalf of multiple companies, this location is to procure the details of the company that you do hire for. Within this section you can identify the Employment Industry, Mission Statement and the Company Culture, you can also supply insight into the number of employees at your company and any relevant Behavioural Skills, so we can use this information to match your Organisation with only Suitable Candidates in the right location.
