Contract Business Analyst for 3 months for Data Flow Capture, Process Flow Capture and Process Discovery.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join an initiative for Smart Cities. The successful candidate will analyse Watercare's landscape of IoT devices within our networks, by creating a comprehensive overview through process mapping, process discovery, and stakeholder engagement.
Engage with stakeholders to understand and refine data and process requirements, facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions
Map data flows through various business processes including Installation, Operational, Billing, Remediation, Accounting, and Asset Information.
Summarize findings in comprehensive diagrams that emerges from both process mapping and stakeholder engagement.
Additional mapping of parallel or subsequent processes may be required
Work closely with and support the Smart Networks Product Owner
