About the role

This senior-level position demands a proven track record of success in delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions to diverse clients. You will play a pivotal role in transforming business processes, engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and translating those needs into effective Salesforce implementations. This role be based in any metro city in Australia and further to that if you wish for the role to be fully for from home in those locations that is also available as is a hybrid office location if desired.

• Collaborating with clients to gather requirements, document user stories and business processes.
• Designing, configuring and customising Salesforce solutions to meet client-specific needs.
• Ensuring project success against predefined criteria including client satisfaction, budget and timelines.
• Contributing to team development and knowledge sharing, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Actively participating in continuous professional development, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce functionality.

Desired Experience

• It's essential you have a proven track record of working with the Advanced Order Management and Omni-Channel Inventory Management modules.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce consulting, demonstrating design-thinking proficiency.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and best practices.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (minimum). Advanced certifications are highly valued.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
