About the Role

Join a forward-thinking technology consulting team as a Senior Technical Salesforce Consultant. This role is essential in driving innovation and excellence, transforming client business processes through Salesforce. You will lead the design and implementation of impactful solutions while ensuring high-quality results that exceed client expectations and shape the technological landscape.

• Oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce projects, aiming for a 90% or higher project success rate through strong technical governance and client satisfaction.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service, targeting an 85% satisfaction and engagement rate.
• Drive the code quality and robustness within the team while actively participating in knowledge sharing and professional development initiatives.
• Lead technical workshops to gather requirements, ensuring precise documentation and effective team workflow management.

The successful candidate will have

• Significant experience in Salesforce architecture and development, with a strong emphasis on technical leadership and client engagement.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I, and Salesforce App Builder.
• Hands on experience with React will put you ahead of the pack.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Effective communication skills and experience in customer engagement and facilitation.
