About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Solution Architect to join a forward-thinking services provider specialising in pragmatic technology solutions. In this pivotal role, you will shape and deliver robust Salesforce solutions, driving business success for our client's customers. You will lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business objectives.

• Drive the architectural design, solution development, and technical governance of Salesforce projects to ensure timely delivery within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing architectural guidance and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Conduct technical workshops and lead design reviews to translate comprehensive requirements into innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the Salesforce technology roadmap and strategic initiatives.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and development with a strong emphasis on technical leadership.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Expertise in designing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, including knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration techniques.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g. Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with analytical problem-solving capabilities.
