The team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join them in driving their Salesforce projects to success.

Role Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and align project deliverables with our client's strategic objectives. Your expertise in business analysis will help ensure solutions align with business needs.

• Lead Salesforce projects from initiation to completion, maintaining alignment with project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including milestones and resource allocation.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and facilitate alignment on project objectives.
• Optimise resource allocation and utilisation, monitoring workloads to minimise burnout.
• Conduct retrospectives and insights feedback loops into the PMO and project delivery framework.
• Serve as a mentorship resource, sharing best practices and fostering an environment of collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise project management
• Proven track record of delivering fixed-price and time & material projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and proficiency in project management platforms like JIRA.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore teams, with a background in professional services or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a grasp of UX principles and organisational change management.
