Develop and implement the MDM strategy, aligning it with business objectives and data governance policies. Lead and mentor a team of data management professionals to achieve MDM objectives. Design and develop data migration strategies, including one-time data migration and inbound/outbound interfaces. Participate in design meetings and workshops to ensure effective MDM solutions. Configure Business Rules, Match/Merge, UI Workflows, and Security settings. Ensure the quality of deliverables aligns with agreed standards, scope, and budget. Create user guides related to developed functionalities.
