We are seeking an 8+ years experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join a great consultancy in Auckland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery, and providing technical guidance to the team.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the Salesforce development team, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, leveraging expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and integration.

Technical Implementation: Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with external systems. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery, adhering to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support to the team and stakeholders.

Knowledge Sharing and Mentorship: Share knowledge and expertise with the team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members. Staying Up to Date: Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve solution design and implementation.
