We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect – Gen AI to lead and shape the AI-driven data transformation initiatives for a leading airline in the APAC region. Join a high-performing team in a cutting-edge project leveraging MACH architecture and DORA framework for DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable and efficient AI system architectures tailored to project needs.
• Ensure the quality and availability of training data through robust data management practices.
• Develop and fine-tune generative models, including GANs, VAEs, and LLMs.
• Deploy and monitor AI models in production environments to optimize performance.
• Address ethical considerations in AI development, including bias mitigation.
• Stay abreast of advancements in AI/ML and integrate the latest technologies into solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless implementation.
• Mentor and train junior team members, fostering collaboration and a one-team culture.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

Must-Have Competencies:

• AI/ML Expertise: Proficiency in designing, training, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models.
• Generative Models: Experience with GANs, VAEs, and LLMs like Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or similar.
• NLP Skills: Expertise in natural language processing for text generation, translation, and sentiment analysis.
• Data Engineering: Proficiency with tools such as Snowflake, FiveTran, DBT, Alation, Airbyte, Airflow, and AWS S3.
• BI & Reporting: Hands-on experience with Power BI, MicroStrategy, and Snowflake.
• Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Database Management: Strong knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.

Good-to-Have Competencies:

• Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of AWS and Azure.
• Airline Domain Experience: Familiarity with airline operations and systems.
