We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join a consultancy in Auckland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce and be able to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce projects
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Salesforce solutions
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and custom objects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of data migration and integration tools
