As a Programme Facilitator, you will be responsible for connecting aspiring young people focused on their education and career goals with a career pathway into their chosen industry. You would do this by building great relationships with career advisors and secondary school vocational pathway teachers, secondary school learners and local businesses. You will be collaborating with a variety of individuals to arrange workplace visits, as well as working to ensure that individuals are comfortable within their environment. In order to be successful in the role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, and be dependable and honest. With your help, we can continue to encourage its aspiring youth to pursue meaningful career pathways.

Provide Career Guidance to Learners. Liaise with Teachers, Vocational Pathway Teachers, and other relevant networks. Actively encourage with Motivate learners. Assist Learners in gaining knowledge about different career pathways. Facilitate and implement programmes to assist learners in their goals. Organise and facilitate visits to businesses and industries for learners. Facilitate and promote collaboration between schools, businesses and industry. Monitor, track and report on the progress of the learners.
